The Sunnyfields Kitchen
Hot off the press with its launch on the 9th September, lead by head chef Martin McMillan. The Sunnyfields Kitchen is a production kitchen where Martin and his team will be ramping up what is on offer at the farm shop and events.
The ethos of the kitchen will be to take the very best local ingredients and deliver products with great taste, freshness and provenance. Supplying the kitchen will be Sunnyfields' own grown fruit and vegetables, meat from the Sunnyfields Butchery lead by Sean Quinn, and our other great local partners.
In addition to the Sunnyfields Kitchen, Martin will also be the head chef of a new eatery at Sunnyfields opening in November, so watch this space for more announcements!
