Farm Butchery Team Member
Sunnyfields is seeking a new team-member to work within our farm butchery team.
We have just expanded our hanging and cutting space and can now produce a greater selection of products. We are open minded to whether the next hire has many years of experience working in a meat department or it is something they would like to explore; the most important thing is the persons attitude, work ethic and openness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities could vary from core butchery work (breaking down animals, cutting, preparing meat for sale), making products (sausages and bacon) to general cleaning and record keeping.
Although Sunnyfields does not currently have a meat serve-over counter, we are planning for this to be in place by the end of 2020, so all new members of staff would need to have the aptitude and willingness to interact with the public for a great customer experience.
