What we do at Sunnyfields
Food and Farming forms the core of Sunnyfields and all the activities we undertake are linked to this core
We farm on 3 sites and grow literally every type of vegetable possible for the climate and soils we have, we have chickens for their eggs and we have more than 40 Iron Age pigs including breeding sows. Our main growing farm is in West Wellow, near Romsey, it has its own lake and borders the River Blackwater. We then have 2 farms sandwiched between Southampton and The New Forest National Park and the sea. The main site is at Jacobs Farm in Jacobs Gutter Lane and this is our main hub.
We were described many years ago in amagazine article as multi-faceted which we take as meaning we do a lot of different things! If you are interested in any of the "things" we do then please get in touch with us.
