To use the online ordering we need you to register online first. We will then issue you with a password and you can then order online. We will also need your debit / credit card details which we take by phone. These details are then held on a secure server by the card processing service we use. We can then take payment automatically everytime you order or when you specifically instruct.
When placing your first order by phone we will need to take all your details. You can also register your details online. You will need the following:
- Your address and other contact details.
- Your payment details. We accept VISA, Switch, Mastercard and Delta cards. All payments are processed via a secure network and server wherby your card details are held which can then be processed automatically every time you order, this is all handled by an approved provider. Please see our payment page for more information.
- Then, we can take your order – Please have the product code, the quantity you want, and product description (for cross checking against product code) as this makes taking your order by phone easy.
You can phone us on 023 8086 1266. The phones are personally answered from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. If you call outside these hours please leave your name and contact number on the answer phone and we will call you back as soon as possible or at a time you specify. N.B. please do not leave your order on the answer phone. During the day if all our lines are busy you may receive the overflow answer phone. Just leave your name and number and we will get back to you straight away or at a time of your choosing. N.B. please do not leave your order on the answer phone.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you a brief reply to confirm that we have received your order.
We do not recommend you send your order by post as there is a risk that it might get lost. Giving us a follow up phone call to check that your order has arrived is a good idea.
