We supply a diverse range of organic, seasonal, field-fresh, gourmet vegetables and herbs suitable for the top end restaurant trade. These are supplied in bulk packaging and delivered to your door.
With our restaurant customers we individually discuss and agree on product availability (including what new products are coming on and will be discontinued in the near future), the quantities you need, pricing and if you have particular product specification requirements. We therefore can not produce a detailed product and price list for restaurant customers. Instead we produce a general produce guide that indicates the general availability of produce at different times of year and use that as a basis for tailoring our service to your individual needs.
If we do not currently supply a particular product you want or you are unable to find it elsewhere we are happy to consider growing it to order, including the option of exclusive purchase rights.
