Sunnyfields' privacy policy is that we only collect the minimum amount of data about our customers and suppliers that we need to conduct our business. This typically means a range of contact data (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, email addresses etc.) financial transaction data and a small amount of personal data that helps us provide a better service (e.g., we may record customers dietary preferences so that we can avoid sending our meat list to vegan or vegetarian customers).

We will not sell, rent distribute or pass on any personal data of any of our customers or suppliers to third parties nor do we receive personal data from third parties.

If you wish to see the data that we hold on you please either write, fax or email us with your request and we will be happy to oblige at no charge.

If you believe any of the data that we hold on you is incorrect please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can correct it.

Our policy is in compliance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and The Freedom of Information Act 2000.
