How we Deliver
We deliver all orders ourselves in our own vans to ensure that they reach you on time, in the best condition, for the minimum cost and with a friendly service. This means that we have fixed delivery days and times for each delivery area. We will confirm the day when your order will be delivered. If you order on a regular basis your order should arrive the same time every week give or take an hour or so.
Below are details of the days and times for each delivery area.
What if I am out when you deliver?
If you are not in when we deliver we will leave your order in a place of your choosing protected by a waterproof bag if required. For example, customers often ask that the order be left round the back of the house or inside the front porch. Please give us details of where you want your order left at the time of ordering.
Please return your packaging!
Your order will be delivered in a variety of boxes from cardboard to polystyrene ice packs. Please return them all to us when we next deliver to you so we can re-use or recycle them. This helps to reduce our costs and thus the price of our goods and services plus it also helps to protect the environment.
When to order
As we have fixed delivery days we need to receive your order in sufficient time to enable us to process, harvest, and pack it for delivery. The delivery schedule below indicates the latest day and time that we can receive an order and guarantee that it will be delivered. Ordering as early as possible makes it easier for us to ensure that we can supply you with all the products you ordered.
New Customers
For new customers we need to check that we can fit you into an existing delivery round. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, or you are enquiring about deliveries to an area that we currently do not service, we can take your details so that when we are able to deliver to you we can contact you back.
Alternatively if you can organise sufficient people in your local area to place orders, or act as a central delivery point and distributor for a group of friends we may be able to start delivery to you much sooner. We will be happy to supply a range of free promotional material and catalogues to help you. Please contact us to discuss the options available.
