Home delivery - Terms and conditions
- To the best of the knowledge of Sunnyfields Organic the prices
and sizes of products as stated on this website and any catalogues
brochures, price list or other product information source
available from this website are correct at the date of writing.
While every effort is made to maintain the prices and sizes as
specified, Sunnyfields Organic reserves the right to vary these
without notice as changes from suppliers dictates.
- All goods must be paid for either by credit / debit card at
time of ordering, cash or cheque to the delivery driver or cheque
posted to Sunnyfields Organic by return. All goods remain the
property of Sunnyfields Organic until paid for in full.
- Sunnyfields Organic can not accept responsibility if your
order is stolen. We will make every effort to act on your requests
for where to leave the delivery.
- There is a minimum order value of £15.00 and a delivery charge
of £2.00 for orders within our regular delivery area. For
deliveries outside our regular delivery area a separate rate will
be agreed with you.
- Sunnyfields Organic refuses to sell alcohol to anyone under
the age of eighteen.
- Claims for damaged / poor quality / wrongly delivered goods
must be notified to Sunnyfields Organic within twenty four hours
of delivery otherwise they may not be considered.
- Cheques for payment that are not honoured on presentation will
incur a charge of £10.00 per representation.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at
a rate of Base plus five percent.
