By car or bike

From the north. Travel down the M3 until it ends at the M27, head west (signposted the west and docks) onto the M27, turn of at junction 3 onto the M271, see continuation of all routes below.

From the east. Take the M27 westbound until junction 3, turn off at junction 3 onto the M271, see continuation of all routes below.

From the west. Take the M27 eastbound until junction 3, turn off at junction 3 onto the M271, see continuation of all routes below.

From Southampton. Travel towards Totton on the A35, see continuation of all routes below.

Continuation of all routes. When joining the M271 head south following the signs for Southampton and the docks. At the end of the M271 take the second exit off the roundabout (underneath the flyover) onto the A35 (signposted to Totton) onto a duel carriageway. Continue past the Totton signpost until you reach a roundabout with large pine trees growing on it with an Esso and Mercedes garages on the left hand side. Bear left onto the A326. After about one kilometre take the first left at the traffic lights into Jacobs Gutter Lane (signposted to Marchwood and the Eling tide mill) then turn right after approximately 100 metres into the farm entrance with its farm and shop signs. There is a large free car park right outside the shop.

By bus

There are a number of busses that run from Southampton city centre to Totton including the number 28 run by Blue Line which stops outside the farm and shop entrance. Please visit the First or Solent Blue Line websites for up to date information.

By train

Catch a train to Totton and from there you can either catch a bus (see above) or walk. Please visit South West Trains for up to date information.

On foot (about 20 minutes from Totton)

From central Totton. Take either Maynard Road or Junction Road and continue over the railway crossing on Junction Road to Batts Corner (at the Junction of High Street, Rumbridge Street, Junction Road and Eling Lane), see the 'from Batts Corner' section below

From the train station. Turn right onto High Street and walk towards the shops till you reach Batts Corner, see below.

From Batts Corner. Follow Eling Lane to the toll bridge by the tide mill. Cross the toll bridge (free for pedestrians) and continue up Eling Hill. Take the first right into Jacobs Gutter Lane between the Village Bells and King Rufus pubs and continue to the T junction at the end. Turn right into the continuation of Jacobs Gutter Lane and the farm is about 200 meters on the left and is well signposted by our farm and shop signs.
